This will acknowledge your request concerning the future plans of the City of Titusville in the Port St. John area. To my knowledge, the City of Titusville has no plans to expand its city limits south of Kings Highway and has no plans to extend water or sewer services beyond its service area which is north of Kings Highway and Ranch Road. To my knowledge, the City of Titusville never has had any plans regarding annexation of Port St. John into the City of Titusville.
