Note- This budget contains no new taxes except .5 mil on the ad valorum
tax. This tax increase equals 50 cents on each taxed thousand.
Example- $80,000 value house assessed at 80% = 64,000 minus the 25,000
homestead exemption= $39,000 taxed value x 50 cents per thousand= $19.50 tax increase
